HELP! I volunteered to bring a sweet snack for my daughter's K Halloween party tomorrow. What can I bring that is relatively quick to eat and not too messy? THANKS!

Witch Hat Cookies. Here's what you need:

Fudge Stripe Cookies
Hershey's kisses
Orange icing

Turn cookies upside down with chocolate side facing up. Place Hershey's kiss over the top of the hole on the cookies. Pipe orange icing around the kiss to look like a tie on a hat. Instant witch hat cookie!!

Every time I bring these in people are always so impressed yet they are VERY easy and VERY fast to make, plus they are yummy and kids love them!!
