    babies and money

    Okay, so I know that everyone asks when is the best time to have a baby. But I know the answer is different for everyone. My questions is, how do you afford having a baby? My husband is in medical school and so he won't be bringing in any money, and I would like to stay home with the baby. Any advice?

    Maybe your husband can apply for cost of living loans through his medical school? And maybe you can work from home a few hours a week? Saving money in advance is also probably a good idea. Good luck!

      The way we afforded it is that my husband joined the military.......don't know if we would do the same thing again, but I have been able to stay home with my kids.
