  • Athlete's Foot ?

We've been treating dd for athlete's foot -- it's confined to one inter digital space. We've used 3 different fungal creams and powder over the course of about 2 months and it just doesn't get better. We think it's time to switch to something oral. Have you experienced this? Dh is thinking along the lines of Terbinafide 62.5mg daily. But I trust you guys more, and he told me to ask you if any of you have any advice.

Stabbing in the dark here but don't they use Diflucan for that? I think it's both a pill and a cream.

Things we've used that have worked: topical iodine applied bid (zapped it), and clotrimazole with betamethasone (cream). Does she wear shoes a lot? I would have her go barefoot as much as possible. When DS was a toddler, I had him in those footie pajamas and he got wicked athlete's foot. Ugh.
