There's also a video on Facebook with Earth's Best pouch products where the mom found insect larvae. I know it takes away some of the convenience, but since you can't see into the pouches , maybe it's best to always use a spoon with them.

One of my friends just posted a letter from EB - basically, the mom who took the video refuses to cooperate with them, and the packaging process is such that live larvae would not survive. They also tested pouches from the same store and production lot as well as double tested their lot sample in house. Nada. It seems fishy to me (But I get your general point!)

I guess it's a good thing that ds refuses anything pureed? Now if he'd just get more than one tooth, I'd feel better. dd loved plum pouches when she was a baby.
