  • U/S results are in!

I had my long ultrasound on Friday, and found out that I am having another boy! And they confirmed that there is just one baby there, so that's excellent!

Apparently all my relatives "knew" that it "had to be" a boy because of a highly scientific trend my grandpa identified: all his great-grandchildrent thus far had come in the order girl-boy-girl-boy... So, of course this child had to be a boy!

Anyway, right now my other boy is driving me nuts undressing during naptime so I have to go get him dressed again for the 4th time.

Congratulations, Peggy! And congratulations that there is just one --- I would imagine that one set of twins, while a blessing, is enough!

That's neat that all of your kids will get to have at least one brother and at least one sister--the experience of siblings of both genders, I mean.

Congrats! We want to have two of each someday, so our children can experience having a sister and brother relationship.

Thanks everyone! We're pretty excited to have a 2-on-2 situation! My brothers are so close and my sis and I are pretty close, closer than we are to either of our brothers... I'm not sure that will be true with my kids, but so far everyone gets along really well and I'm sure the new little brother will fit into the sibling scene fabulously.

We haven't worked on names yet. We're the type of couple that decides this either on the way to the hospital or during the hospital stay... Boy names are so hard for me, and I don't like any of the family names...
