  • He's walking!

So, Brigham is walking and has been for about a week now. Since the beginning of June Brigham was taking about 6 steps here and there, it seemed like when "he felt like it" he would stand up and walk. Then July 4th the children and I went to a friend's home for a BBQ. They took pity on us, because Matt was in the OR all day doing cardiac cases. Anyway, there were 3 children between 2-3 yrs old running around and playing. It was as though being around those kids, even though one of them is Brigham's sister, Brigham's confidence kicked in. Everytime I looked at him he was walking.

He's doing about 75/25 now (walking/crawling). He turned 11 months today!

What happened to my baby? He is turning into a toddler- climbing, now walking, and of course can't forget those good ol tantrums. His tantrums are cute though- he lays down on the ground with his head buried, pouting, crying like "Hey you hurt my feelings."

Man am I in for it.

AHHHH, that went SO fast! I remember you posting that he was born. Wow! I have a 9 mo. old that is crawling and climbing and babbling like crazy! She says dada all day long but won't say mama. Enjoy this time! It's going to keep on flying.
