Anyone have a brand they LOVE with regard to this topic? I had some the first time around with my daughter but they weren't that comfortable.

I would like to get some better ones this time so I throw this topic out there so I can narrow my search!

Sorry to all the male spouses who read the topic of this post and rolled their eyes!!!

I pretty much only wear the really stretchy "sleep bras". They don't work for really busty women (which I am not!), but they are so much more comfortable than regular bras. They are basically like a sports bra but are made of a thinner, stretchier material. What I like about them is that there aren't any flaps to deal with--I just pull whichever side I'm nursing on down (and make sure the pad stays tucked inside the material)--then when I'm done I flip it back up and the pad is right where its supposed to be. I feel like it is much more discreet to nurse in public when I don't have to get the snaps or hooks done and I don't have to figure out a place to put the nursing pad where I will remember it.

I just remembered, Target makes nursing camisoles that are kind of neat. They are a little pricey, though--I think I spent between $16 and $19 on the only one I have purchased so far.

I have some called "Bravado" that I really like. But, I got them from a friend and have no idea of cost or where to get them. The nursing bras from Title 9 Sports are also great.

Technically my recommendation is not a nursing bra but it is a great bra that got me through a year of nursing: Body by Victoria's Secret. They are soft and supportive bras and panties that are great for pregnancy and nursing. Fortunately, my mom works at Victoria's Secret Catalogue so she gets them at a hugely discounted rate.

I gave up on nursing clothes and bras...it's so much easier to just lift up the cup on a regular bra. I always have problems discretely /opening/closing the latches.

As a current 38 E 8O , I have used the heck out of mine. I got 2 really good ones from Mimi Maternity ( 40 bucks each!!) and one from Medela. All of them I love. I have an 8 dollar one from target that is comfy, but hard to buckle up so I dont wear it that much. I tried to go back to regular bras but dont find them very convenient.

With both kids I got HUGE! We are talking 38 F (with Emma), and 34/36 I (with Brigham). Let's just say on my frame, I looked very unproportionate. Never knew those letters existed in bra measurements, I thought it only went up to D.

Because of the size I get to, I am unable to go to Target or any other lower retail chain to buy bras- even with Victoria Secret I have a hard time finding my size. Anyway, I LOVE, LOVE Bravado bras when my boobs settle back down to a lesser size. Medela and Anita make some great bras. Motherwear has some good bras on their website, but the only thing I don't like is you can't try the bras on beforehand. So if I find something I like I call my favorite store and see if they have it try it on, and compare the price.

One of the best bras (Anita) I ever bought was from a store in the U-District at Village Maternity. The sales staff was great- they fit you , and tell you yea or nay on the bra, and will keep trying until they find the right fit.

Man, its been a long time since I've posted here

I started as a 42DD with this baby and after 5 months have shrunk down to a 36D.

I buy the platex nusing bras with the plastic snapy closure.

I've heard GREAT things about Bravado bras.
