Camp out!

As I type, DH and daughter are sleeping (or trying to) in a tent in the backyard. We even made smores for dessert.
She kept saying: I'm a little nervous because this is my first time sleeping in a tent. I might hear a lot of sounds.

Ahhhh.....hope he's not to tired and grouchy tomorrow am.

My kids have been begging to sleep in a tent in the backyard since the beginning of summer. Kudos to your hubby for doing this!! How did it go?

I'm curious too--how was the campout? We're thinking of pitching a tent in the backyard as a "trial run" with the kiddos and would like to take them on a real camping trip soon.
