I can't stand this! My 14 month old just got over a three week long cold and a week later she has a nasty virus which DH says is probably RSV. My baby who is normally so happy-go-lucky has been miserable for the last 4 days with temps over 103 and a possible ear infection. I haven't even taken her to our ped yet because I already know what she will say, "There is nothing we can do". Grrr. Why can't there be some treatment for viruses so poor little babies don't have to suffer. :thud:

I know there is only more to come. I am about ready to sterilize my house and get my ducts cleaned out. DH wants to put a bubble over our house and not leave for three months.

Poor baby! I hope she gets over this nasty virus soon! It's just awful when children aren't feeling well.

I'm with you about putting a bubble over the house! DH just had his first patient that tested positive for the flu virus yesterday. I'm trying to avoid going out as much as I can!

Jennifer, I feel for you and your kiddo. We went through that last Spring in a major way. It totally sucks the life out of everyone when the baby is sick.

Sending "get well" vibes your way.

Oh, how I FEEL your pain! Roseola, Hand foot mouth, a weird cold, and now this morning she awoke with a HUGE blister on her big toe. It burst tonight poor baby....the doc said it's a result of a piece of string or something in her sock that cut off her circulation. To me, it looks more like the result of an ingrown toenail. *sigh* I hope your little one feels better soon. Doesn't it seem like there's always something?
