Music-wise I try to find music that will amuse the kids while not making me have an overwhelming impulse to drive my car off the road. Our latest finds are They Might Be Giants "NO" (no means no, no no no), and Laurie Berkner's (from noggin) latest album - but the title escapes me. Fun songs w/o chipmunk-like-nasal-sounding voices.

My boys are 3 and 2, so I'm usually just trying to keep the ongoing Thunderdome under control.

Okay, I'm going to break out my They Might Be Giants CD--It never occured to me to play it for the kids. Couldn't it be considered educational?--there's geography (that Constantinople song) and geometry (triangle man, triangle man...).

My two favorites are Sleepyhead and Lazybones and How Do They Make Balloons. But I like the whole thing. Bryn sings the Violin song all the time.
