Sometimes I am in awe of my 3.5 year old. When I see her little sister, I realize how much she has grown and achieved. I love watching her pump her legs on the swing (a new skill) and tear off on her two wheeler (with training wheels) and try and ride like the wind with her little bug bike helmet and raincoat on in 80 degree weather!
Tonight she wanted me to blowdry her hair after the bath and she put on a skirt and t-shirt and twirled around and flipped her hair like a diva, so proud of herself. So funny when her primary role model never wears makeup or styles her hair out of a ponytail. Today on the way to school, she turned to her friend and said "Ellie, you are so beautiful". She is so sweet sometimes that she makes my heart melt. I don't mean to brag, but it is so fun to see the little person she has become.
