  • Uhhh....

So I just realized how relaxed I am about this baby coming. People ask if I am getting ready and I say nonchalantly "Oh I haven't started but I will."

Well checking into the sib prep class for Emma has kicked me into high gear. I went to check out the details, and found out there are only 2 times- 10/8 and 12/10-- well as we are looking to induce the week of the second class I would say that option is out. It's hitting me that I better get my butt moving and get my stuff together- room painted, crib put together, car seat bought, etc.

Someone please kick my hiney for me....

heh, don't worry, that last bit of nesting frenzy will find you doing things you didn't imagine a 9 month along pregnant woman could. Or should. :floor: :clothes: :clean:

Is anyone coming to stay with you for the birth/first couple weeks?

Don't panic. It's good to be relaxed. I have found that I get this way too - now that I'm older. I let things that normally kicked me into high gear just.....happen. Unfortunately, I usually panic when it gets close. You have kids already, so you know how its done. You'll be fine. I'd make a list of what I'd like to get done before the baby is born and prioritize. That way, at least your MOST important things will get done, no matter how laid back (or busy!) you've become.
