I love the visual that evoked... :! It's hard when they have an off day, isn't it? Maybe he needs a nap? Sometimes, when my 2 year old gets like that I just lay down with him and he ends up sleeping for a few hours ...

I sure hope the rest of your day goes better.

I hate those days--it seems like once they start out that way it is hard to turn it around. I hope after his nap he was a little more bearable!

Nikolai had a horrible day today- but I didn't care- so what that the wind chill was 20-something. We bundled up and went to Georgetown. My mom and I had gift certificates (2 years old!) for pedicures so we had our toes done, went out for lunch and then did a little Christmas shopping.

Brat or no brat, I wasn't going to pay attention today.

They are masters of button pushing, aren't they?

PS- he had such a meltdown on the bus that the bus driver strongly suggested that I walk him around. She said, "maybe he needs some air." 20 degree air? Not likely.

Ugh, when the day starts like that and you have the rest of it just stretching out before you. I hope the nap helped.
Here's to tomorrow being an easier day!
