I bought a pair of clippers at Walmart to save money by clipping my boys' hair. Let's just say that I don't have the hang of the clippers yet and the baby has a crew cut. He looks like he is ready for basic training! Maybe by the time he is worried about his appearance, I'll have the hang of it. After seeing the baby's haircut, my hubby declined my haircutting services and decided that the barbershop was a luxury worth indulging in. Ooops!

I had to laugh Kelly! You will get the hang of it though. My mother-in-law worked on me to get me to cut my boys hair. I can do a basic trim with scissors but when it comes to the clippers, I couldn't get it even. I gave up. I let Russ cut the boys hair when we are desperate but I guess it is my indulgence too. I have seen my poor father-in-law's hair on occasion! I have also seen Russ' elementary school pix and I will go further in debt to have my kids look decent. I just didn't have the talent.

I wish you the best of luck! Practice makes perfect!
