Love Note :)

Yesterday, Andrew brought home his first "love note" from a girl in his class I just about died laughing, because the little girl had written the note to a couple of different boys and when they had turned her down, she had just crossed out their names and written over them...until Andrew accepted it

He, of course now thinks that he's in love!

That is hilarious! Jacob brought home his first love note in 1st grade from a second grader!! He was so embarrassed he was beat red when he walked in the door and he handed me the note. It was cute. This girl he also knew from church and we later found out that she had sent a note at one time or another to every boy remotely close to her age at church! It was funny!

How fun for Andrew. I still remember my first grade crush, David! But he was in love with Joyce!

Wow...you two can remember back pretty far! The closest I can get is Ricky Breitenfeld in the 4th grade. We both had braces and I used to tell my friends that we couldn't kiss because we'd get our braces locked....not that I would've kissed him in the 4th grade anyway....but....it's kind of funny to think back on!
