  • potty question

I know that it is early, but my son has shown interest in the potty. In fact, he comes to us to tell us that he has to go and gets all upset, but then absolutely refuses to sit on the potty. Of course, he doesn't want to keep his diaper on either. On one hand, we're excited that he understands this urge and knows to tell us, but it is almost as if he is scared to sit on the pot. The whole experience upsets him. Does anyone have experience with this?

Awesome...if he is showing an interest, I say get a potty that he can sit on and watch tv on, etc....Part of it may be a bit of a fear factor.....If he can watch the tube on his throne then he will warm up to it...and you will be set. I think it's great that he's so interested!!!! He's such a cutie.
