Don Cohen's math...

I just realized that he has a whole math by mail/email program now....



and...I think I'm going to do this this summer...It seems pretty neat!

Sorry...it was part of another thread and I managed to hit new topic instead of reply, I guess.



I did a math program with him when I was 11 or 12. He now publishes a whole series called "calculus for kids" (or something similar) and still works with kids indvidually in Illinois, has an email or snailmail program for working with them as well...It's really neat. We are ordering the books for our kids...

Robin, I'll dig the web address up again...I posted it in the other thread, but I'm too lazy right now to find it. We're going to order the books next week, so I'll let you know what they're like and if they're "worth it". The whole set is about $140, which is kind of expensive...I don't know if we'll go for the whole thing...but, it might be worth it in the long run and be less expensive than other types of programs...
