Winter Picnic

OK...I just have to tell everyone about this...we've got spring break this week and SUCH cabin fever...sooooooooo yesterday, I packed up our picnic basket and we went to the park! (Mind you, there's snow everywhere!). It was too cold to eat and so we nibbled a bit and then went sledding until my youngest was sopping wet!

I hear you. I took our son to the park and he was down right giddy about being able to play outside. At two, he already lives to be outside. (Hmmmm....wonder where he gets that from?) The thing about living in Minnesota is that you learn to appreciate every single beautiful day and take advantage of it.

Pray to the Spring Gods...I'm tired of this weather!!!!!! This is awful...and Easter Sunday it was all gray and drizzly/snowy outside...yuck...we didn't even leave the house because I didn't even feel like getting everyone out the door to church which is a family tradition.....It is just so blasted YUCKY outside...
