My SIL and I were chatting last night about our sons' respective kindergarten progress reports. We were killing ourselves laughing:
My nephew's teacher reported: "Nathan is a high-spirited, fiercely independent natural born leader..." Hmmmm...let's read between the lines-Nathan is bossy and stubborn?
DS's progress report noted: "[DS] has tons of energy and stamina. He goes and goes and goes. While he has a strong ability to focus, he needs appropriate outlets for his abundant energy..." Hmmm...does this translate to borderline hyperactivity?
Talk about some spinweaving! I wonder what would happen if there was ever some truth-in-reporting. Anyone else have any funny stories about a teacher or child care provider soft-selling their child?
