Child-Friendly Mosquito Repellant?

Can anyone recommend a good one to me? I swear, the mosquitos here are terrible....and they are out all afternoon. By 4pm, we can't even go out for walks right now in the neighborhood....

Actually, I plan to make millions inventing a tear free sun screen and non-toxic bug repellent that actually works.
The joke around here is that we won't get skin cancer or bug bites but we will die of chemical poisoning....

You know, that brings up another point. We bought children's sunscreen and the kids carried on and on about it stinging their skin...we thought they were just goofing around, so we put it on ourselves...and it really stung!!! Nothing works for these blasted mosquitos without being really toxic.....After 3, we can't even go out right now....

Good question Kris!!! I have no idea being that I never saw a mosquito in Arizona! With all the rain that San Antonio got, there are mosquitos everywhere. Dallin got bit on the cheek last Saturday and his whole left side of his face is swollen. He couldn't see out of his left eye for two days. He looks absolutely AWFUL!!!! He is improving today. I was going to take him in to the doctor but it improved today so I cancelled the appointment.

The one I tried made my kids' eyes water so bad that they couldn't stand it. We are still at square one!
