  • We have a puppy in the house

I think someone kidnapped my daughter and replaced her with puppy look alike. My 11 month old is now into biting everything and has even left teeth marks on my coffee table. She isn't teething right now.

Besides the chewing on everything she can get her hands on including people, she has tried to bite our kitchen cabinet handles, scrapped her nose trying to bite our brick fireplace, regularly unrolls the toilet paper in the bathroom and eats the paper and beelines for waste baskets in any room she can find them.

The only thing that keeps me believing she wasn't somehow reincarnated as a dog is that she speaks a few words like hi, down and John (her uncle) and dances to anything that makes sound.

She definitely makes us laugh and we are lucky she doesn't pee on the floor (yet).

    Jennifer,

She sounds so adorable!!!! Alex did the whole toilet paper thing too! He likes to pretend that he's a puppy or a toad !

It's a good thing that she isn't teething though...you might just have permanent reminders of her puppy stage

Avery sounds tooooooooo cute! I bet that she is keeping you busy. The whole world is out there to explore and she is going to enjoy every minute of it. Although I'm sure it can be messy at times--Enjoy!
