  • Has anyone seen my ankles?

ugh. it's miserable. i hope your swelling goes down a bit as the heat wave subsides.

:disappointed: Oh, I'm sorry. I remember that. My first was born July 10 and I think I lost my ankles on a particularly hot Memorial Day weekend. It got a little better when the temps went down but they didn't come back until after delivery.
How about a pair of those sparkly flips that Sally found at Target?

Ugh, you poor thing! It sounds like a pedicure is in order! I'm fortunate not to swell, but I have other end of pregnancy side effects that I won't go into that are none too pleasant!

Sorry about your ankles being lost! I know the feeling. I am only 23 weeks and I cannot reach my toes to paint them decently anymore. So DH had to do it (he would kill me if I told anyone) or I will just have to get pedicures this summer.

I hope the next weeks fly by!

That's the worst! Yes, definitely take a long, relaxing bath and put your feet up for awhile. When is your due date again?

Hang in there! Is there a public pool or gym pool that you can float around in? That saved me-9mo. preg in August in Arizona.

I hear ya' Annie! I'm pretty much over this whole pregnancy thing. I had Sydney in late August, though, so this time frame is definitely an improvement over that! I have a neighbor that is very elderly and so her memory is pretty much gone...I pretty much have the "when are you due" conversation with her at least a dozen times a day. :thud:

Ugh, Annie....I hope it at least cools off for you so you are a little more comfortable. DD was born the first week of Oct. I won't ever do the summer prego thing again ( if I can help it!). I definitely had "cankles". Take care...
