  • Breakfast of Champions

DD#1 came in and woke me up this morning as usual. "Mom, I'm hungry. I would like Chicken and Stars soup, carrots dipped in ketchup and apples with peanut butter. I already set the table for all of us."

I wish she would eat that healthy all the time.

Wow! that's awesome. and you deserve a caramel latte with whipped cream for teaching them such good food choices.

Eww...Carrots in ketchup? We are ranch dippers here! Glad your dd likes her healthy food!

Reminds me of the week ds insisted on having broccoli and ONLY broccoli for breakfast.

Unfortunately, DD#1 likes ketchup on everything including pop tarts and blueberry muffins. Disgusting! I know! She would normally eat ranch, but we are out of it. We considered ketchup a vegetable for her for while so I am happy she is eating carrots with the ketchup.

Sounds like Matilda. I'm glad she set the table!

No dips at all here. That's yucky. My kids are food purists. No sauce, no spreads, no nothing. Maybe...MAYBE, salt and pepper. But not too much.

It's driving me batty. Can I have a caramel latte too?

DS1 will not eat yogurt with "stuff" in it...like fruit bits.

Nikolai's dinner tonight? Brie, Camenbert and Blue cheeses on everything crackers. Plus bananas and apple juice. I gave him a jello fruit cup which was pronounced inedible.

              My kid is a freak.
