have i mentioned that now EVERY day when I pick him up he'll say "Tessa's not my girlfriend now. Lizzy is." , or "Lizzy's not my girlfriend now. Maddy is."

Today I said "What does 'being your girlfriend' mean?" And he said "It means that they love me more than anyone else."

Where the hell does this come from?

you need to put some good old jewish mama love in that boy. tell him over and over..."nobody, NOBODY will EVER love you as much as your mother...NOBODY, you hear! and nobody will ever treat you as well as me....your mother...EVER!" :>

trust me - we've had that talk. tomorrow is probably a good time for a refresher. My mother's maiden name was Jacobs .. (hence the kid's name) ... there is probably some good Jewish mama in me!

Quinn tows the line. He KNOWS. That boy loves his mama something fierce. dh was snapping at me the other day and Quinn said "Father - don't you talk to my Mudder like that!"

            You go boy!

              I love your kids, Jenn.

I hope you gave Quinn a cookie for saying that.
