Wow, Jenn! (and can I scream BOOOOOOOOOOOO to your dh ) If you're really feeling bad, you might just consider going in now. Sadly, dh might even show up if he's paged to the ER.

Are you feeling worse than you did this afternoon?

Jenn, I hope for his sake that your husband is home by now.

yeah - he's home now. he got home about 15 min. after my last post in here.

i'm feeling better now. i honestly think i was working myself into a full-blown panic attack, assisted by the thought that dh wasn't home yet. my legs are still swollen and sore, but i'm not having labored breathing anymore. i think i'll feel better once i see the ob/gyn tomorrow and have some perspective.

i ended up taking the boys out front to play and sitting w/my feet up on lawn chairs. i figured if my worst fears did play out then my neighbors would at least see me.

Jenn, I hope that everything is fine, and the OB just tells you, you need to relax a bit more. Hugs.

Holy crap, Jenn! I hope you are OK. Do update us soon. I had know idea.

And if you are fine, we'll send out the bus to instruct DH on answering urgent wife pages.

I did go to the doc this am, and my BP was about 138/84. He said that while my BP was probably elevated last night, the really high number was probably b/c my neighbor used a standard cuff, and they usually use the bigger cuff on me (all those *muscles* ), which can also inflate the result. I've decided that my *additional* symptoms were probably more mental than physical - in essense I think I worked myself up into a panic attack.

He ended up doing my initial exam today (was scheduled Monday) and as of right now I have an ultrasound picture w/a sac and a speck that we're hoping is a baby. I'm not even 8 weeks yet, so it's a tad early (I'm guessing the machine isn't the newest). He told me to come back in 2 weeks to do the ultrasound again and make sure all is well.

While at Target filling my prenatal script I did the bp machine there and it was 128/78?? Are those things usually off, or does Target really zen me out that much?
