Where do you get the "Doctor in Training" ones?

DS was one MS1. My MIL got them from the gift shop in her hospital (CHLA). She got another pair last year for our friend's son out here.

Thanks. No, I'm not filipino, I get asked that alot tho. I am Chinese and black and DH is Irish American (mostly Irish with some other things mixed in there). My cousins are filipino and black. We kinda all look alike.

Thank you. And you never know what you're going to get. I thought for sure that my kids would be darker than they are and geez have some curly hair. And altho they are only 1/4 Chinese, it seems like it is the strongest gene. My cousin who is half filipino and half black had a baby a year ago (her husband is white) and their daughter looks just filipino. I love it. Once you know the baby is healthy, then you get to guess what he/she is going to look like. Our kids don't look like either of us, but it is funny to hear people comment on how they do.

Well, that can be summed up on one word: gorgeous.

(Perhaps a major generalization ahead I think that mixed race children for whatever reason end up just stunningly beautiful. Not that my plain old Russian dude isn't cute but...my half Filipino-half white-bread niece and nephew are 50 times better looking than the rest of the family.
