  • How strict are you?

I guess I’m not. I have a friend with a 13 year old daughter. The daughter has insisted on wearing pajama pants even for homeschooling. I’m kind of meh. I don’t think Aidan has warn pants since we went virtual. It’s actually a family joke. She is extremely upset and wants her daughter to wear real clothes every day. They fight constantly about her clothing. It’s turned into a huge issue. I suggested she pick her battles and have 1 pajama day a week and she got a little upset with me.

    Should I apologize?

Yep, I agree with you. Pick your battles and this is no big deal.

Thanks. I kind of recognize that this is her oldest child and all deals feel like a big deal.

Yes, you have given advice to her. This shows your sincerity toward friendship. But I suggest you to stay away from this for a while.
