At what age can kids sleep with pillows? I've tried to research this but came up with nada. I just put the dudes down for their nap and gave them their own pillow. They were so excited I should have saved the idea as a Christmas gift! Anyone have any ideas about when pillows are appropriate?

I would think that 2yo is definitely OK for a pillow (I gave my DD a toddler sized pillow at 2 but she was only in a toddler bed anyway). I don't think you will ever rid yourself of that mommy paranoia. I still second guess my 3.5yo having a pillow in her bed.

They're fine for pillows. I think mine got them around the same time I moved them to real beds. Just don't give them super-fluffy down pillows.

Dude got a mini pillow as a shower gift so he occasionally used it in the crib. Now he has a regular sized pillow and thinks he's super cool. plus he co-opted the throw pillows that he hated in DC but now apparently they're fine for reading in bed.

They use them at daycare but he apparently doesn't like the pillows they have.
