dd, queen of imagination just informed me we're going to a ball.(this stemming from a conversation about my wedding ring)

dd: mommy, you can dress up and daddy will take you to a ball. you can wear a pretty dress and daddy will wear black. i will wear my purple dress, S will wear her pink one, and J will wear black like daddy. i will dance with S and J, you will dance with daddy. we better go to the studio "yesterday last year" and get to the ball.

and just now, looking at the MSN home page...dd says, "look that's M" (the lady i babysit for) she is black and native american. the MSN home page had a pic of naomi campbell on it.
