haha - I noticed that and thought - wow, what a clean baby!! But I knew what you meant.

I have used any soap/wash on her yet, just water and a washcloth, also wipe her head last when she's already in a towel. She had super dry skin at first but it's getting better, I try to lotion every other day or so. I find that I need the daily baths because now that she gained weight and has all these creases on her legs, it's hard to get in there with a wipe and water does a much better job. She's such a poop machine that on some days besides the bath, I also have to hose her from the waist down in the afternoon.

We generally do the bath prior to feeding, so she might be extra fussy because of that. Would giving her an ounce to tie her over help?

I've found that food prior to any activity helps. Even now, I carry snacks every where because hungry=pissy=nothing getting done. Try it and see- it certainly can't hurt!
