  • my old sweatshirt

Sensory memory is a very strange thing. I put on a sweatshirt tonight that I haven’t had on since I was a slave to a new born baby last winter. I put it on and the memory of feeling of: “wiped-out-walking dead-what’s my name-what’s happening here-need more sleep-what does she want-what does she need-God, were we thinking!??” It’s just amazing how all that can come back in a second, all by putting on a old sweatshirt. It's crazy how it will take you back hey?
I was just talking about this with a friend of mine, and I have a few things that have happened lately that take me right back to my pregnancy days. I was deathly ill the whole time so it's something I would rather forget

Wish I could find such a sweatshirt. I'm in complete denial about how hard this is going to be again!

You just might suprise yourself. Every baby is different and you have your parenting chops now.

I agree with Kelly - my second was harder because he didn't sleep as well but in almost every other way he was easier.
