I'd like to get a carseat for DH's car to be used very occasionally. We currently have Britax Marathon 60 and DD seems very happy with it. I was hoping for something cheaper as she'll be in DH's car only a couple of times a month (there's also a possibility of using this car seat when she visits my parents for extended periods). I've looked through reviews and it seems that Britax is the most favorite brand out there. Should I just get another Britax and go for something with 70 in the name?

We also have a Roundabout and love it but we also have a Graco Nautilus that has been great and we won't have to buy A another one because it converts several times. Buying car seats constantly as they outgrow them is annoying in my opinion. We'll be R a GN when he outgrows the Roundabout.Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

We got a britax marathon 70 for O. He is 30lbs now. It's still in the box until we move out west. I got it on sale during the holidays. Albee Baby.com often has sales on Britax seats as well as diapers.com. I find Albee has a larger selection.Wife to Hand Surgeon just out of training, mom to two lovely kittys and little boy, O, born in Sept 08.
