  • Fenugreek?

Anyone have any experience using fenugreek to increase supply of BM? Our ped suggested I give it a try. Specifically - how much did you use? How well did it work?

    Love any insight. Thanks!!

They also have a tea called "Mother's Milk" that people swear by. I think it's available at places like Whole Foods (or your nearest health food store).

I used it with DD #1 and it worked really well. A little caution - you will smell like maple syrup.

I have a friend who used it, and she had great results. She is a teacher, so she needed her supply up to pump extra for during the week.

I bought some of the mother's milk tea when I felt like my supply was dropping, but you have to drink a lot of it. It tasted pretty good, but I just didn't like having a hot cup of tea sitting around with DS getting into everything.

Thanks guys! My supply is okay, but it has been dipping because I am losing a bit of weight, so I'm looking to keep it up without my age old trick (oatmeal cookies with lots of butter).
