    It only happened once in a location that mattered and it was a restaurant and we left (after I drank my wine in record time.)

    We just did the WDW world thing and when he had a meltdown we left. We knew he was tired and there was no point in prolonging his or our trauma. We went back to the hotel and chilled out, swam in the pool and had early dinner and bedtime.

    Toddlers tantrum. It's all a part of the process. and please, do NOT tempt us by telling us to call your husband because someone will. (and in reality, when we have a thread going by a member who is asking for our opinions (and we all have them- a LOT of them) we have often suggested that the spouse actually READ the thread. Both because it's easier to read the issue succinctly and second to see the input.)

    And he's smoking crack if he thinks stern helps w/ a toddler mid-tantrum. Stern before or after? Maybe. During? Never. Just annoys you and escalates the toddler.
