My DD didn't handle the cereals very well. It really caused major constipation for her, so she never had cereal more than 2-3 times! I started out with prune baby food! I know. WTH was I thinking!?!? LOL! I fed her Gerber organic. All the stage 1 foods she liked.

We got ahold of some mesh feeders, so it's a compromise: I get to have DS experience all sorts of things, and DH doesn't freak out about him choking... much.
So far, he enjoys egg yolk, avocado, oatmeal, carrot, and apple. I still have to figure out how to move away from the mesh bag and to pieces, but I think I'll worry about that later.

It's so neat to see him try new things - he really does enjoy it!
