  • Teething ?

M is cutting her last molar. We've had the easiest teether in the world until now! .

She loves it when I rub her gum with my thumb, but obviously I can't have my finger in there all day.

Do I give her oragel? Should I try Tylenol before oragel?

    TIA.

Tylenol or Ibuprofen work better than oragel, by far.

K1 is working on his 2yr molars too. He's horrid. We've been doing tylenol at bedtime and he's asked me for a chilled teething ring from time to time. Crunchy foods like carrot sticks and apple slices seem to help too.

Thanks! I gave her some Tylenol after she struggled with her nap. She's with my parents right now, and I'll give her some more before she goes to bed. Man those molars are big! This is the last one, so she held out for me for a long time.

If it makes you feel any better, Caleb is teething right now too. His 9th birthday is in a couple of weeks. At least he isn't fussy and can say that he is in pain.
