Night terrors are much more similar to what MrsK described. We have two kiddos with night terrors (one who also walks in her sleep), and I talk in my sleep. The most disturbing thing is that they seem awake but are not. It sounds like she's in pain or struggling, but too tired to deal with it and actually fully wake up maybe? I can relate to that!

Poor baby. Maybe try giving her gas and teeth meds before she goes to bed?

She sleeps with me by her (I lay her on the couch and sit at her feet so she can see me). Seems to be her preference. Or in the car.
