The one millionth potty training question

DS (3) has been potty trained for about 8 months, including over nights. Nonetheless, in the last four days he has had three pee accidents and yesterday, he pooped and peed in his underwear at preschool. After which he proceeded to take off all his clothes and get naked in front of his classmates. (Yeah, I'm so proud).

I've never dealt with the regression issue before. suggestions/commiseration/advice welcomed.

Is he getting ready for a growth spurt? DD2 and DS get weird around growth jags.

Could he be constipated? DH says that's the first thing they rule out when they see regressive potty behavior.
