  • Easy Ice Cream Cake for Toddlers

I'm not sure if I have posted this before, but maybe I have!!! An easy "ice cream cake" that toddlers can help make and everyone can enjoy

Ice Cream sandwhiches - any brand / any flavor
    Cool Whip
    Sprinkles

Unwrap the ice cream sandwhiches - fun for toddlers
put a thin layer of cool whip in baking dish (size determined by number of sandwhiches, etc)
a layer of ice cream sandwhiches
    a layer of cool whip
continue with layers depending on how many you have
Final top layer is cool whip
    Sprinkles on top !!!!!!!!!!!

My girls loved this when they were little, and Amy now does it with Oliver and Georgia!

We make this as a party dessert for everyone. For a group we use about 2 boxes. Then in between layers we add a cream filling made of cool whip and pudding mix (no milk). We also usually do candy and caramel or fudge sauce in between. We freeze it a day before frosting in case it shifts. Its cool because its a freestanding iceceam cake.
