Can one of you schedulers sleep train me? Not my kids. They go with the flow and are fine with no schedule. I usually do the same but I've been so tired with the weather getting cooler and lots of cloudy days. I g
Wake between 4-5 ready to cry because I need to be sleeping. Fall back to sleep after 1-2 hours. Sleep until 8-9:30am. If I can fix that first wake-up, I can just sleep until I get wake at 8-8:30. Or even 7! How do you sleep train an adult?Veronica
