So, E's rash wasn't looking any better today, and I couldn't take her to daycare without a note, so we got an appointment with the pediatrician at 8 this morning (not her usual one, but the only one who had an opening). She thought it looked allergic, not viral, so we'll hold off on the new foods for a bit and wait a while before we introduce them again just to make sure - she said it may not be a true allergy, since it wasn't a strong reaction.

Anyway, I dropped her off, and they mentioned that they'd had 3 other babies out in the last week with a rash and fever, and all had gotten doctor's notes that said different things. 4/10 babies is a lot, and now I'm worried that they need to be looking into something there.

She doesn't have the super red rash on her face that normally comes with that, ST.

I took these with my phone the other day - not great, but you can kind of get an idea:

Daycare called and said she's super fussy, and they thought her last spitup might have been vomit, so I'm going to go pick her up.

Hand foot mouth? That went around daycares here. Although I don't think that comes with a body rash.

It could be a dermal rash, following after some unknown virus.
                I'm sorry!

I'm pretty sure the fussiness today is because she's constipated - extra nursing and prunes for dinner! She seems totally fine otherwise, so I guess I'll just enjoy a few extra hours away from work.
