  • Baby shoes that stay on?

Back when DS2 was a baby, he could kick off just about any shoe I put on him, so I eventually just gave up. Now fast forward to DS2: I want to get him some cute baby shoes that will actually stay on. Any brands or styles you recommended??

I got E some t-strap white Keds, and they stay on pretty well. She kept her Sun Sans sandals on too. And her Old Navy jellies. I have some Pedipeds for her, but I'm not sure if they fit yet, so I haven't tried them.

Stride Rite were great for both kids, but H's foot is too fat on top now - so she has A's old New Balance shoes, but they come right off

We've got the too fat foot issue here too. I just let them go barefoot or in socks. But I'm always barefoot so I don't care.

We don't do shoes until they can walk.

Generally this. However, I put robeez crib shoes on Lambie to keep her from pulling off her socks on cold days.

Once the boys were walking, K1 wore pedipeds (narrow feet) and K2 wore striderite (wide feet).

Has anyone tried Zutano booties? It looks like they have good reviews online, but I don't know anyone who's had them IRL.

We were all about Robeez. I think they are SO CUTE. Not so good for outdoor running around, but before that point they're great.

I used the Zutano booties (um, seven and five years ago). Loved them. Had them in newborn size and then moved on to Robeez, just because that's what we had been gifted.

M had one pair of Robeez that she wore around 4-6 months when it was a little colder where we were living in CA--when daytime highs were 65 versus 75 . She was very lean (never fell on any growth charts). Anyway, I cannot get them on C's feet. She is in the 50% for length and weight, but i feel like they just don't fit her chubby feet.
