What are your favorite kiddie websites? I almost never let the kids use the computer. DD is too young and DS can get a little addictive with electronics and media. I'm trying to delay adding something else to have to restrict as long as possible. Still, I have been very impressed with:

    http://www.starfall.com
    http://www.funbrain.com

Of course, DS enjoys zoning out a Nick.com and Starwars.com, but I wouldn't list either as a high quality sites.

    We like:

    http://www.noggin.com

    and

    http://www.pbskids.org

DS needs help with the computer but DD can do 20 minutes by herself and there are no issues. I do set an egg timer though because she LOVES playing on those sites!

We like those too, Kelly. There is one I have been using to find math stuff. I can't remember it but next time I find it, I'll post it here.

DS enjoys http://www.starfall.com as well. He just learned how to use the touchpad on my computer so he can now maneuver around the website on his own....giving me a much needed break.

          Webkinz, of course http://www.webkinz.com

It's so wholesome and cute I like it that my kids love it. DH plays, too, even after the kids go to bed. You need a Webkinz doll, of course.

They also like Nick Jr. (http://www.nickjr.com). Noggin, too.

We *just* found this two days ago thanks to a Christmas present. It is darling to see my son care for his baby gorilla. Very sweet site. (As an aside, why didn't I think of this first and make a million dollars off of something so simple? )

DD likes playhousedisney.com and buildabear.com. I also have to be pretty strict with the time limits though, otherwise she can zone out for hours.

We'll definitely have to check out the others you've mentioned.

We enjoyed http://www.sesamestreet.com when the kids were tiny. Now they like http://www.nickjr.com http://www.nickelodeon.com, and sadly, http://www.cartoonnetwork.com (introduced by the IL's).
