  • cracking me up

Anna has been cracking me up lately.

When we were at the coast this weekend, she asked where the drain is for the ocean. But the bathtub has one...and the swimming pool has one...so where does the water go?

We were singing Old McDonald and she started with "on that farm there was an Evelyn" with a "mom mom here, and a mom there, here a mommy there a mommy, mommy, MOMMY, MOMMY!!!!" Very accurate.

That's cute! So where is the drain?

Luke continues to sing "All I want for Christmas is my tooth-brushed teeth..." He's been at it since... Christmas when Izzy had lost her "2 front teeth" but he won't be convinced that the song says "2 front teeth." Gotta love kids.

Aloha from paradise! And the other side of training!

      Sooooooooooooooooo accurate! And adorable.

I think the drain question on the ocean is a very good one. I can't wait to see what she comes up with for the yurt!

DH explained that we were camping, sleeping in the yurt, cooking over a fire, no plumbing in the yurt, etc. She said, "Why don't we just rent a beach house?" (We did that the weekend before).

When we got to the campground around dinnertime, we drove past a family eating dinner at the picnic table outside their RV. She said, "Look, they have room service here!"

She had a great time camping and wants to go again. I was going to update my blog but don't know when I'll get to it. We had a lot of fun. Bryn got strep the last day we were there. Again. This is the second time this month. :thud: Not sure what to make of that but will cross that bridge if it happens again soon.
