Is it wrong to put your children to bed at 5:30 when it's dark outside?

    Somebody save me. Quick!!

Boys went to bed at 6pm yesterday and were asleep by 6:20. P too. I therefore was asleep by 6:30.

I don't know. Is it wrong that I haven't changed the time on any of our clocks and my littlest two haven't caught on? "Oh, look, it's 8pm...bedtime!"

My sister (mother of 4) often sends the kids to bed early. They don't necessarily have to go to sleep, but they must stay in their beds, reading or something. Mostly, they just need to stay out her hair.

I would love to put mine to bed that early but I'm betting they would be up that early the next morning too

BabyK has been awesome about bedtime. I've been putting him down awake and he's been going to sleep without a fight.

This is how I feel. If my kids went to bed at 7 that would up at 6. No thank you! I want to enjoy these last few years before school starts.

Waaa! It's 9:44 and one of mine is still finishing her homework. I want to go to bed at 6:30. I miss being able to manipulate little ones.

Mine won't sleep later than 6am anyway....no matter what time they go to bed. And they wake up lots between 12 and 6. So my best stretch of sleep is before midnight. Russ used to tease me about going to bed so early, but I'm a much better mommy and wife when I've slept.
