It's 11:30 on a Friday night and all of our kiddos are in bed. Sure, it makes sense for the littles but even our teens are sleeping. DS17 went out with his gf and she needed to be home by 10:30 because she had a team sport in the morning. Even if I was doing something the next morning I was all about staying up late at that age and even younger. The latest generation seems far more responsible and practice in that regard. Not that there isn't the all night video game fest but more often than not it seems like most the teens I know aren't really interested in being out all night.
When do your teens go to bed?
Oh, and on a slightly different topic: do they have a curfew? Ours do not but we have to know where they are and when they'll be home. Consistent contact and updates are expected. We give them quite a bit a rope and only occasionally have to real it in.
