  • At home PT program

Has anyone successfully completed one with a child? We go weekly to PT, where we are given multiple exercises to practice at home. I have probably 20 pages with exercises. I don’t remember the right way to do them and Zoe sort of half asses them since they’re difficult. I’m having trouble seeing the purpose. I’m not a physical therapist. Has anyone successfully done this?

No, but I'm terrible at doing exercises for myself or kids, and actually going to the PT makes me do it. I haven't gone for myself, but we did take C for a while.

I wish we could have done a regular program. I feel this is not helping. I wonder if there is a sport like swimming that would help.
