  • Quitting soccer

Zoe has played soccer for years and she isn’t very good. She has some issues with tight muscles and needs orthotics which adds to the difficulty. Sports started this week and she refused to go. She wants to try tennis. I asked, and they have a spot on the team for a beginner. No brained, let her switch, right?

Absolutely. She should play what she wants and gives her exercise. I think that

Yes, let her switch. Honestly, I hated sports and tennis was the easiest one for me. Maybe golf, but they were close.

Well, she just gave me a PowerPoint presentation on why she should be allowed to quit tennis. Unfortunately, our school requires a sport, so I don't know how to handle it.

Idk. I'm going to have to call the school and see what's possible. In her PowerPoint presentation, she said the sports rule is waived for 9th graders.
