Steam cleaner - need recs

So I need recs on a good steam cleaner upright. Our Bissell Green Machine bit the dust, and I need a new one. Since we are *hopefully* moving into a bigger place we want an upright one. I'd like one $250 or less, with attachments to do stairs.

I'm looking online, but not quite sold on one yet.
