          Try Folex...that stuff is amazing. It's a carpet cleaner, but can be used on just about anything. The bottle says it removes blood stains.

          Lowe's and most grocery stores sell it.

              Folex does work wonders. We used it after the vacuum cleaner belt left black grease tracks all over the newly installed carpet, a week before our house went up for sale. We'd desperately tried everything else, even a carpet cleaning service, and were so relieved when the Folex removed the stains.

              Target has it too.
